We check agreed buyer questions, investigate website issues and implement the technical fixes included in your project.
"Why are competitors appearing instead of us?"

02 / CRM QUALIFICATION & ATTRIBUTION
Give your ads feedback
from the leads sales values.
Your campaigns report conversions. Sales has a different view of their quality. If those decisions stay in conversations or inconsistent CRM fields, marketing has little to work with.
We agree the qualification criteria, define how the decision gets recorded and return eligible sales outcomes to Google Ads.
"Which campaigns deserve more budget?"
01Sales and marketing agree what counts.
02The CRM records it. Ads receives the feedback.
- Compare tracked campaigns using meaningful sales outcomes.
- Give Google Ads better information to support lead quality optimization.
- Support budget decisions with evidence your team can trace.

The work behind better lead data
Your CRM needs
rules people can follow.
If marketing and sales each enter what they think is right, a connection between tools will only pass along the confusion.
We define the selected qualification decision with your team: what counts, who records it, when it gets updated and how to handle missing or changed information.
Company fit and buying need can support that decision. A download or a meeting booking alone doesn't establish it.

The enquiry arrived, but the fit and need haven't been checked. A named owner has the next action.

Why Pipe Flooders exists
The tools were there.
The connections weren't.
Pipe Flooders grew out of experience with established B2B tech companies whose marketing operations were still disconnected. Sales and marketing used the same CRM, but often had different definitions and habits for keeping it up to date.
AI visibility raised another question: was rewriting website copy enough, or did the information and technical setup need attention too?
That's the work we focus on: investigate what buyers can find, and connect the sales feedback marketing needs to make better decisions.

Do we need both services?
No. Choose the GEO audit for AI visibility and website investigation, or CRM qualification and attribution for sales criteria, reporting and eligible Google Ads feedback. Each has its own scope.
Will you generate leads or manage our campaigns?
These services address visibility and the measurement behind marketing decisions. They do not include outbound lead generation or ongoing campaign management. Your ad manager retains responsibility for bidding and campaign decisions.
What if sales doesn't keep the CRM up to date?
We review the recording process for the agreed outcome, including its owner, timing and exceptions. A sales owner needs to help define and maintain it. Automation can help with recording, but an automated field does not prove that a lead is qualified.
Can we keep our current agency and tools?
Yes, where the existing setup supports the agreed work. We confirm CRM edition, integrations, access and responsibilities before committing. We can coordinate with your agency or developer.
Can you guarantee citations, better leads or more deals?
No. We deliver the agreed investigation or implementation and document the evidence. Commercial results also depend on your offer, demand, content, data volume, campaigns and sales follow-up.
