Who we are

Pipe Flooders (“we”, “us”) operates pipeflooders.com. Contact: odjimenezgarcia@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form: your name, work email, and company. We also capture technical attribution data automatically — which page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters (UTM tags, Google Click ID) if you arrived via an ad — so we know which marketing efforts are actually working.

If you consent to analytics cookies (see below), we also collect a Google Analytics client identifier and standard analytics/advertising data via Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, including data used for ad personalization.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry (legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in following up on a request you initiated).
  • To understand which marketing channels bring in real interest, so we don’t waste ad spend (legal basis: consent, via the cookie banner).

Who else sees it

Our CRM is self-hosted — your enquiry data is not shared with a third-party CRM vendor. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) processes technical/behavioral data as our processor, under their own terms.

Cookies

We use a cookie consent banner. Analytics and advertising tags (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, via Google Tag Manager) are loaded through Google Tag Manager. Until you accept, they run in a restricted, cookieless mode: no cookies or identifiers are stored on your device and no ad personalization takes place, though Google may still receive aggregated, non-identifying signals. Once you accept, cookies are set and the data may be used to measure campaign performance and to personalize advertising. If you decline, that restricted cookieless mode continues, only strictly necessary cookies are used, and no ad personalization takes place.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our own business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email odjimenezgarcia@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
