Pipe Flooders
For B2B teams running Google Ads with a sales team

Your ads see a lead.
Sales sees
the difference.

Stop letting the story end at the form. Define the enquiries sales actually wants — and give Google Ads that feedback.

Agreed criteria. A recorded decision. Verified feedback.

THE SIGNAL THAT CHANGES THE TARGET ILLUSTRATIVE FLOW
01 / ENQUIRY

A new lead comes in.

Visits · clicks · downloads
Enquiries · forms

Interest. Not yet qualification.
02 / SALES

Sales confirms the fit.

Right company + right role.
A real need worth pursuing.

Agreed criteria. Real evidence.
03 / CRM FEEDBACK

Send the outcome back.

Qualified lead—or won deal,
when that's the agreed event.

Eligible outcome → ad platform
04 / BETTER TARGET

Help ads find more
of the leads sales wants.

Optimize toward quality.
Not just another form fill.

A better signal for the next ad dollar.
SALES KNOWS.
ADS CAN LEARN.

Feedback informs the next round of advertising. Results depend on eligible data, volume and bidding settings.

Built around the CRM you already use. HubSpot / Pipedrive / Salesforce Supported configuration confirmed before quoting
Give your ads the sales story

More leads isn't the goal.
More of the right ones is.

Show the ad platform which enquiries sales actually wants — not just who clicked.

ONE ENQUIRY. FOLLOW THE WHOLE LOOP.
?
An enquiry is the start. Quality is what happens next.

Press "Watch the feedback loop" to follow Maya from her first enquiry to the signal that helps guide your next ad dollar. Or select any step.

Illustrative sequence, not a live bidding simulation. Learning takes time and sufficient eligible data; better leads are the optimization goal, not a guaranteed result.

01 / WHAT MARKETING CAN MEASURE
ACTIVITY TELLS YOU WHAT HAPPENED. SALES TELLS YOU IF IT MATTERED.
02 / WHAT SALES KNOWS
Your ads can count enquiries. Can they recognize a good one?

Click any signal to explore it. Connect the loop to show how sales feedback can guide advertising toward better-fit leads.

Illustrative signals, not separate promised integrations. Fit and role inform qualification; choose the agreed outcome for feedback. Won-deal value requires reliable data and confirmed scope. Bidding improvements depend on eligible data, volume and campaign settings. This does not identify anonymous visitors.
Follow one enquiry / Interactive demonstration

A better signal
starts with a better rule.

Example: an IT provider wants US companies with 25–200 employees that need ongoing support. Follow Maya, an operations director at a 70-person business.

WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR MARKETING TEAM
Better use of sales time

Make "worth a call" mean something.

Agree fit, need and exclusions. Help sales prioritize relevant enquiries instead of treating every form fill as equally promising.

Better advertising feedback

Give ads more than a thank-you page.

Return outcomes your sales team actually accepts. Give your ad manager the evidence to assess optimization toward better-fit leads.

A stronger budget case

Show what the spend is producing.

Compare tracked campaigns by qualification rate and cost per qualified outcome. Support budget decisions with more than enquiry volume.

Bookings aren't the finish line

A full calendar means less
if nobody shows up.

Where attendance is reliably recorded, it can be the agreed downstream event. Separate a booking from an attended meeting so you can investigate where the journey breaks.

Use that evidence to review targeting, expectations, scheduling and follow-up. Connecting the data alone will not fix no-shows; reminders and booking changes need their own scope.

ILLUSTRATIVE QUALIFICATION RULE

Fit + confirmed need + next step.

The company fits the agreed profile, sales confirms a relevant requirement and both parties agree a substantive next step.

We adapt the definition with your team. A clear rule can be enough; a complex scoring model is not automatically necessary.

Draft your own criteria with the free tool

One useful qualification event.
Connected end to end.

  • Agree one definition with sales: fit, need, exclusions and evidence.
  • Configure the bounded CRM recording rule, owner and exceptions.
  • Configure or repair the agreed capture and feedback route.
  • Report the agreed outcome and expose missing data.
  • Test positive, negative and repeated events; reconcile a sample.
  • Hand over the configuration and operating instructions.

Already have good criteria? We verify and reuse them. Don't have them yet? Defining one bounded event is part of the work — not an automatic reason to turn you away.

Good questions before you commit.

Does this guarantee better leads or more deals?

We build the criteria, recording and feedback system. It supports better measurement and informed optimization; results depend on your offer, traffic, signal volume and sales execution. We do not supply leads or guarantee a performance lift.

Does sales have to update everything manually?

We use reliable system events where available and retain human judgment where necessary. Automated capture is useful only when it records the intended outcome accurately.

Is lead scoring included?

One bounded qualification definition and recording rule are included. Fit grading and engagement scoring can support it, but neither automatically establishes qualification. Broader models are separately scoped.

Will you change our campaign bidding?

Your ad-account owner decides when to use verified signals for bidding. We do not silently change goals or promise that a new signal is immediately suitable.

Which CRM and technical work are covered?

Confirm the edition and supported route before quoting. The scope checklist includes relevant source/click-ID capture, GTM/GA4, applicable consent controls, CRM mapping and deduplication, offline feedback and campaign reporting. Existing working components are reused; every item is explicitly scoped.

How is data protected?

Pipe Flooders operates from Spain for North American customers. Use approved access, appropriate processing terms and applicable consent/opt-out controls. Privacy implementation is not legal compliance certification.

Stop leaving lead quality
out of the budget conversation.

Tell us what sales wants, what your CRM records and where the feedback falls apart. We'll establish whether a bounded implementation fits.
